Hello,
I'm trying to establish contact with someone who is familiar with the Chaoyang SWI. I saw your post on the Visiting Orphans in Chaoyang website. I believe I see a photo of the little girl for whom we are reviewing a file and I'm hoping to make contact with someone who may have interacted with her and know more details about her.
